Relocation Strategies, Inc. was first brought on to assess a possible relocation of Epsilon’s Cincinnati office located in Milford back in December of 2007, almost ten months before a new location was picked and a lease was signed. Referred by Cassidy Turley broker Scott Abernethy, Epsilon was asked to terminate their lease early at the former James River facility to complete the sale of the property to international I.T. Fujitec America
Fujitec moved from their existing building that they had occupied for over 27 years in Lebanon, Ohio to Innovation Way in Mason, Ohio due to corporate down sizing and the sale of the existing building to CBTS. They moved from a 400,000 SF facility to a 150,000 SF. renovated facility.
Rolls Wood Group
Rolls Wood Group is a joint venture between The Wood Group and Rolls Royce Aircraft. This project involves the relocation of the joint ventures’ jet turbine rebuilt and maintenance facility from San Francisco to Houston. Full Case Study

After FirstGroup purchased Laidlaw International Inc. in a deal worth $3.6 billion that resulted in it selling on the U.S. company’s iconic Greyhound intercity service, FirstGroup America decided to relocate it’s U.S. Headquarters from Centennial Plaza to 600 Vine in downtown Cincinnati.
