Relocation Strategies® was founded in 1994 in Cincinnati, OH where the corporate headquarters resides today.  In August of 2014, Relo expanded into the Dallas market to serve clients in the Metroplex with the same world class delivery that our clients have come to expect for the past two decades.  We have multidisciplinary backgrounds within our staff in our national locations across the U.S. that can assemble to solve the most complex logistical project needs and handle any challenge that a client’s project may present in the D/FW area, across Texas, across the U.S., and around the world!

Relocation Strategies® Dallas is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.  Justin Papen, the owner and operator of the Dallas location, has prior experience in the US Air Force utilizing project and operations management skills. Throughout his career with KPMG, Justin worked with several Fortune 500 companies, including AT&T, General Motors, and Apple, implementing technology solutions and workforce management processes on large-scale programs.

Justin Papen

Justin Papen serves as President of Relocation Strategies® Dallas. His day-to-day responsibilities include business development, account management, move consulting, and of course, move management! Previously, Justin has proudly served clients such as AT&T, General Motors, and Consumers Energy-Michigan. Prior to becoming a direct entry partner with RSI, Justin’s most notable experiences include large scale program management consulting for KPMG LLP and nuclear missile operations as an officer in the US Air Force. Justin holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from Arizona State University. Bobby Sundmaker

Bobby Sundmaker joined RSI in early 2016. In this role, Bobby is responsible for new business acquisition, sales, and marketing. Additionally, he assists with project management, move consulting, strategic planning, and move management. Bobby leverages 20+ years of professional experience across various industries, including trade, pharmaceuticals, dot com startups, engineering, home improvement, hospitality, and IT. Following graduation from Rollins College, where he studied Economics and International Affairs, Bobby moved to Japan where he worked for six years.
