Relocation Strategies® was founded in 1994 in Cincinnati, OH where the corporate headquarters resides today.  In 2016, Relocation Strategies® expanded into the Los Angeles / Orange County / Inland Empire market to directly serve clients across California with the same world class delivery that our clients have received for the past two decades. Our team is well versed in project management and consulting in multiple verticals and stands ready to handle projects of any size or scope throughout California, the U.S. and around the world.

Relocation Strategies® LA / OC / IE is owned by the executive partnership team of Corey Udkoff and Michael Shapiro. Corey and Michael have extensive experience in project management, operations and real estate. Throughout their careers, Corey and Michael have held senior management roles with a strong orientation to project execution and customer service. Their mission is to maximize the efficiency of every corporate relocation, thereby minimizing the time and cost involved for each one of its clients!

Team Bios

Corey T. Udkoff

Corey T. Udkoff is a Partner at Relocation Strategies Southern California. His day-to-day responsibilities include business development, project management, strategic planning, relocation consulting and internal operations. Previously, Corey was involved with numerous aspects of commercial real estate including brokerage services, property management, asset management and investments. In addition to real estate, he has had success in owning and operating businesses in many different fields. Corey holds a BS degree from the Arizona State University.

Michael Shapiro

Michael Shapiro is a Partner at Relocation Strategies Southern California. His day-to-day responsibilities include business development, project management, move consulting and management and internal operations. Previously, Michael was in the real estate development business for more than 25 years. In addition to real estate, he has a long involvement in manufacturing operations and continues to serve on the board of a private foundry and machining business. Michael holds a BA degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Columbia University.
