Relocation Strategies® was founded in 1994 in Cincinnati, OH where the corporate headquarters resides today.  In August of 2014, Relo expanded into the Phoenix market to serve clients throughout Arizona with the same world class delivery that our clients have come to expect for the past two decades.  We have multidisciplinary backgrounds within our staff in six locations across the U.S. that can assemble to solve the most complex logistical project needs and handle any challenge that a client’s project may present in Arizona, across the U.S., and around the world!

Relocation Strategies® Phoenix is a locally owned and operated by Richard Gobeille.  Richard has contributed to the project management of both building and selling commercial real estate in various verticals and this local market and industry knowledge provides a strong foundation for continued development and success.  Richard has a keen eye for identifying the key factors that make up a successful relocation project and allows him to not only meet but to exceed the expectations of our clients.

Team Bios

Richard Gobeille

Richard Gobeille serves as President of Relocation Strategies® Phoenix. His day-to-day responsibilities include business development, account management, move consulting, and of course, move management! Previously, Richard was in the Scottsdale/Phoenix commercial real estate brokerage business for 12 years. Richard was involved in owner/tenant representation, property development project management and investment property syndication. Prior to becoming a direct entry partner with RSI, Richards’ most notable experiences include assisting in the startup and development of an e-commerce business, Shovation, Inc., a brick and mortar business, Arizona Dance Artistry and a not for profit, Phoenix Youth Ballet Theatre. Richard holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Arizona in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
