Relocation Strategies® was founded in 1994 in Cincinnati, OH where the corporate headquarters resides today.  In March of 2016, Relocation Strategies® expanded into the San Diego market to serve clients across California with the same world class commercial transition/relocation services that our clients have come to expect throughout the past 21 years. Our San Diego team is well versed in project management and consulting in multiple verticals and stands ready to handle projects of any size or scope throughout California,  the U.S. and around the world!

Relocation Strategies® San Diego is a locally owned and operated by John McLaughlin.  John has contributed to several entrepreneurial business models in his career and has the unique perspective of both a business owner and Commercial Transition Specialist. His local market and industry knowledge provides a strong foundation for continued development and success. John has a keen eye for identifying the key factors that make up a successful relocation project and allows him to not only meet but to exceed the expectations of our clients.

John McLaughlin

John McLaughlin is the President of Relocation Strategies San Diego. John is a detail oriented, customer facing, solution focused professional who thrives on new challenges.

Prior to joining the Relocation Strategies® team John was the founding Partner/CFO of an IT startup servicing federal and local government throughout the U.S.. Duties included creating and implementing company’s financial systems, personnel policies and company operating procedures, as well as business development and marketing. John has opened new markets for various companies as well as his own business interests. Also, he has spent many years in the trade show management industry handling business development, space planning, logistics and move setup.
