Relocation Strategies was founded in 1994 to provide our clients with a one-stop non-biased source responsible for planning and managing all aspects of their corporate office, industrial, medical or institutional relocation.

Our clients range in size from 1,000 sq. ft. of space to over 1,000,000 sq. ft. Types of projects we have managed include corporate office, manufacturing, medical, educational, distribution, banking and a variety of other industry categories. We have been involved in hundreds of projects ranging in scope from smaller in-suite renovations to national state-to-state relocations to international projects.

The Relocation Strategies project management staff offers a depth of resources with over 20 years experience in managing a diverse array of projects. We offer a non-biased approach to managing your project. We are not a direct supplier of any of moving services, office furniture or other related services in which we govern. So when we provide recommendations, it is based on the projects and our clients’ best interest. Project success, client satisfaction and professionalism of delivery are our ultimate goals.

Myra Hayes

Managing Partner

A Greenville native, Myra returned to the Upstate after relocating seven times as an adult and personally knows the logistics, challenges, and unpredictability that comes with a move whether it is residential or commercial. She understands and is empathetic with managers and operators and knows how unsettling the move and relocation process can be for the company and their staff. Previously in the airline industry, Myra is very familiar with the behind the scenes scenarios that occur when in transition and how to translate personal experience to a smooth, professional move.

Myra is responsible for the day to day operations, project management, and research and development. Myra holds a Bachelor degree in History from East Tennessee State University.

John Hayes

Business Development

John has 30 years of experience in the television industry. He started out in sales where he helped thousands of clients improve their brand and increase revenue. He quickly moved up the ranks and became one of the youngest general managers in the country. He has successfully operated four television stations in three cities.

During his tenure, John has relocated or remodeled four different stations and built a new transmission facility, during which the stations had to remain on the air 24/7. He understands how disruptive it is for all employees, including management, to deal with a move while balancing their full-time job and is here to help new clients navigate the waters of a successful project.
