Cleveland
The Cleveland branch provides over 10 years experience in relocation planning and scheduling all stages of small to large-scale corporate relocation projects.
Owner Scott Costa has worked to develop new business and negotiated contracts for such accounts as NASA Glen Research Center, The University of Akron and Forest City Enterprises.
As Project Managers handling small medium and large corporate relocation projects RSC has been charged with the responsibility of planning and executing local, national and international relocation projects. We have successfully completed relocating and merging various sites for the Domestic Headquarters of Sara Lee Foods, Al Neyer, Inc., Squires Sanders & Dempsey, CTL Engineering and CGI.
Procter and Gamble can also take credit for our experience. Scott Costa has worked ongoing with P&G for nearly four years before opening Relocation Strategies Cleveland. While working multiple projects Scott has been responsible for employee, fixtures and equipment, mechanical labs and even international relocation projects.
Employee relocations ranged from as few as five to as many as 2200 employees scattered throughout the various campuses located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Including, mechanical labs, requiring a barrage of specialists to balance, pressurize and level all types of equipment in coordination with installation.
The highlight of our international experiences consisted of relocating segmented divisions from four different countries to their new International Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Our ability to adapt to the various corporate cultures and our ability to communicate details clearly allowed us to overcome any language barriers. Customs and border control procedures and logistics became routine. While planning and logistics carried on for over a year, 650 employees transferred into the new headquarters in just two months.
These experiences have helped to establish a remarkable track record of providing excellent customer service. They have contributed to a vast wealth of knowledge and understanding of the relocation and renovation processes. We pride ourselves in taking a hands-on approach to manage engaging and rewarding projects. We will take the sum of these experiences and turn them into an essential contribution to your upcoming relocation project.
