Project Overview
Given little runway for planning a move of this magnitude, Cushman & Wakefield’s project management team selected RSI to plan, manage, and execute the move of one of Dallas’ largest downtown law firms. RSI’s responsibilities included moving a 6,500 linear foot library, moving 200 people in a single weekend, supplemental move weekends, partner office space planning, liquidating furniture, decommissioning approximately 100,000 SF of space, and delivering contents to employee homes. The RSI team achieved this through meticulous vendor selection, creating the master project plan, and coordinating activities with construction, furniture vendors, and the design firm, just to name a few. Working within the strict rules of a downtown high rise, tight deadlines, and fluid requirements, RSI’s FLEXIBILITY and ATTENTION TO DETAIL directly led to overall project success•
