Project Overview
The County purchased the 100,000 square foot Charlotte School of Law building on Wilkinson Boulevard and Suttle Avenue. RSI was selected from the host of RFP bidders to relocate the selected FF&E, computers, and employee/department contents from the Hal Marshall Building to the new five story office building which now houses LUESA (Land Use Environmental Services Agency). The work involved 3 months of planning the sequencing and logistics for the implementation with numerous phases to complete.
