Relocation Strategies Cincinnati was the founding site for the Relocation Strategies network of franchised locations. Founded in 1994, the Cincinnati office has been involved in hundreds of office and industrial move projects. It is estimated that we have been involved in the relocation of over 15,000 corporate employees involving over 10,000,000 square feet of commercial space.

Team Bios

Kyle Lenhoff

Project Manager

Kyle Lenhoff joined RSI in 2017 as a Project Manager. In this role he is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction related to all service offerings. Kyle is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. Prior to joining RSI he held roles focusing in the areas of operations management and client services.

Tim Haines

President of Relocation Strategies Cincinnati

Tim Haines has served as President of Relocation Strategies Cincinnati since 1993. His daily activities include general business management, franchise development and account management. Past project involvement includes an international project for the Procter & Gamble Company that involved relocating over 1,500 employees from four countries in Europe to Geneva Switzerland. Prior to joining RSI, Tim spent 9 years in the telephone system and data network design and relocation business. Tim is a Business graduate of Xavier University.

James Devanney

James Devanney joined RSI in 2006. James serves as Vice President of Business Development Director & Co-General Manager with Relocation Strategies Cincinnati. In this role, James is in charge of Sales & Marketing, as well as, guiding day-to-day operations and corporate direction. James’s background is in Commercial Real Estate Services. As a licensed broker, James spent eight years representing commercial properties and advising clients on their real estate decisions. James studied in the College of Mass Communication at Bowling Green State University.

Alex Taylor

Director of Franchise Development

Alex Taylor joined Relocation Strategies in 2013 as the Director of Franchise Development. In this position, Alex is responsible for all aspects of the franchise offering for Relo Franchise Services. His day-to-day duties include coordinating the over-all sales, marketing and advertising functions for the numerous franchise opportunities across the country, as well as directing account management and development for Relocation Strategies’ current franchisees. Alex has been involved in sales and marketing for his entire professional career, including managing and developing an inside sales staff at a Cincinnati tech start-up and serving as the Business Development Coordinator for a local Cincinnati marketing company. Alex has a Bachelor’s Degree in Brand Marketing & Mass Communication from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ.

John Davis

Director of Project Management

John Davis joined RSI in 2013 as Director of Project Management. John is responsible for all aspects of client project management from hiring all required project vendors to facilitating client project meetings and managing all on-site project activities on the client’s behalf. John spent his previous 13 years with a large financial institution where he served as Facilities Security Supervisor as well as a satellite office coordinator for the company offices across the country. John is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s College of Business Administration with a degree in Operations Management.
