Relocation Strategies® was founded in 1994 in Cincinnati, OH where the corporate headquarters resides today. In August of 2016, Relo expanded into the South Florida market to serve clients in Miami, Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale and throughout the South Florida region. Our goal is to continue to serve this market with the same world class delivery that our clients have come to expect for the past two decades.

The South Florida office has multidisciplinary backgrounds within our staff in that can assemble to solve the most complex logistical project needs and handle any challenge that a client’s project may present across Florida, the U.S. and around the world!

Team Bios

Carlos Erban

Managing Partner

Carlos is a founding partner at Relocation Strategies® of South Florida. Carlos has his Bachelor’s degree from FIU and an MBA from Harvard Business School. His professional background is mostly in project management and business development. He was Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble where he led several product launch projects. At PwC, he was Manager in-charge of the Strategy group for Latin America where he led several supply chain projects. He was VP & GM for Floorgraphics where he built an international franchise network throughout 15 countries. He also co-led for Entry Point “Scan It” the team for e-coupons and self checkout technologies at Stop & Shop.

Carlos is also an entrepreneur and small business owner. He is now actively involved with the tech community in Miami through his mentoring at StartUpFIU and Harvard alumni groups.

Eduardo Torres

Founding Partner at Relocation Strategies®

Eduardo Torres is a founding partner at Relocation Strategies® of South Florida. Eduardo has a Chemical Engineering degree from M.I.T. and an MBA from Kellogg. His business career began as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, but he eventually became an entrepreneur to launch and grow a series of companies in Venezuela and the US. These included companies in the industrial, tech, and business service sectors.

Throughout his professional development, Eduardo has always been committed to understanding his customers’ needs in order to deliver them the best products and services. At Relocation Strategies Eduardo manages projects for industrial clients at critical inflection points in their evolution, whether it’s relocation, expansion, downsizing, merger or acquisition as well as tech companies transitioning from a major funding event. In addition to Relocation Strategies, Eduardo is very active in Miami’s M.I.T./startup community, doing everything from interviewing M.I.T. candidates and participating in M.I.T. Enterprise Forum events to mentoring tech startups looking to grow in South Florida.
