Relocation Strategies® was founded in 1994 in Cincinnati, OH where the corporate headquarters resides today. In 2015, Relocation Strategies® expanded into the Tampa – St. Petersburg market to serve clients across Florida with the same world class commercial transition/relocation services that our clients have come to expect throughout the past 21 years. Our Tampa – St. Petersburg team is well versed in project management and consulting in multiple verticals and stands ready to handle projects of any size or scope throughout Florida, the U.S. and around the world!

William Clinebell

Managing Partner

Bill is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and is a member of the Project Management Institute Tampa Chapter. Bill’s core values of constant emphasis on quality, developing win – win relationships and ensuring effective communication in all business and project environments has enabled Relocation Strategies Tampa to grow into a highly effective project management consulting firm. Furthermore, Bill is dedicated to ensuring that all Relocation Strategies Tampa clients realize cost savings, shorter project schedules, and a reduced internal burden.

Prior to launching the Relocation Strategies Tampa operation Bill held an executive position with Mortgage Contracting Services, a Mortgage Default Servicing company, where one of his many responsibilities through his eight-year tenure included managing a vast network of 800 + national vendors. Bill also has several years of construction management experience where he was consistently recognized for on time delivery and exceptional levels of production.

Arnaldo Abreu

Partner

Arnaldo is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), a member of the Project Management Institute’s Tampa Bay Chapter, a member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and has over eight years of business experience specializing in project management, operational strategy, client support and vendor relations. Prior to joining Relocation Strategies Tampa, Arnaldo worked as a Project Management Consultant in the financial services industry where he managed a high volume portfolio of nationwide projects with over 80 financial institutions. Arnaldo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing Management degree from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL and an MBA from the University of Tampa.
